• Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchange Policy: One free size exchange per order is permitted within the same 14-day window.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Reporting: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Requirements: For damaged items, please provide photos of the item and packaging.
